Wasabi, good idea!

Gli amanti del sushi lo sanno. Purtroppo, se si vuole mangiare questa deliziosa specialità giapponese, bisogna preventivare una spesa sostaziosa, e a meno che non si abbia un ristorante di fiducia, se resta sempre nel dubbio di poter stare male una volta a casa..  Ma a Londra c'è Wasabi, catena giapponese di sushi, che ha rivoluzionato l'approccio alla cucina made in Japan per molti di noi. Il concetto è quello del fast food: locale minimal, self service, menù vario, ma non troppo. Qualità garantita. Per anni ho snobbato Wasabi, forse perchè temevo di incappare in una trappola per turisti e di trovare cibo scadente. Come diceva Pretty Women alla commessa...? Bello sbaglio, enorme! Da Wasabi si mangia benissimo, e non solo sushi: nigiri, temaki, noodle soups, insalate. A seconda del branch scelto, si possono assaporare anche piatti caldi niente male, e le porzioni sono enormi!
Non so perchè, ma non mi hanno permesso di scattare fotografie all'interno del ristorante: quindi quelle che ho postato sono tutte rubate, perdonate la scarsa qualità. Ma potete dare un'occhiata qui per farvi un'idea. Io sono totally addicted, voi, se ce la fate, salvatevi!
